We recently used Arnold Funeral Service of Marlow when my mother died. They were exceptional in every way. Right from the outset, Tommy guided us through the whole process with sensitivity, calmness and professionalism. He and Paul made the whole process so much better than we thought it was going to be. They reduced our stress levels at a very difficult and sad time. We cannot thank them enough.

Rhian at Arnold Funeral Service in Marlow was so kind and helpful at a very difficult time. We needed to take the ashes abroad, and she guided us through the process clearly, kept us informed, and made everything much less stressful. The flowers were also beautifully arranged and were exactly what we wanted. We really appreciated the care, sensitivity, and support throughout. We truly couldn’t have chosen a better funeral director to guide us through such a difficult time. From the beginning, the team were incredibly containing, supportive and calming. They held us with such care and compassion when everything felt overwhelming, and they gently helped us navigate decisions that at first seemed impossible to make. A special thank you to our Funeral Director, who held and supported us throughout, making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible while being deeply respectful and aware of cultural and religious preferences. What meant so much to us was how they made everything we hoped for feel possible — and they did it with such ease and reassurance that it felt like no request was ever too much. They carried us through every step with kindness, patience and understanding, and we felt completely supported the entire way. One thing we deeply appreciated was being given more time with the coffin than we expected, which meant a great deal to our family. There were so many personal and thoughtful touches that helped make an incredibly painful experience feel more peaceful and held. We were also genuinely surprised at how reasonable the overall cost was compared with what we had anticipated. We cannot thank the whole team enough for the dignity, warmth and care they showed our family. We will always be grateful for the way they looked after us and our loved one. We live locally and had been recommended Arnold Funeral service; they didn't disappoint. From the first meeting, they were highly professional and compassionate, dignified and respectful throughout. In all the sadness, we know we couldn't have given Mummy a better send off. Tommy ensured he looked after us from start to finish and many thanks to Paul and Kevin too.

I cannot recommend Tommy and his team at Arnold Funeral Service highly enough. They recently arranged my auntie's funeral. From start to finish, I was impressed by the sensitivity, professionalism and attention to detail shown by everyone, but particularly Tommy. The coffin was beautifully dressed with flowers, the cars were spotless, the Order of Service leaflets were proof read. The bearers were immaculately dressed and were calm and serene throughout. Thank you so much for being instrumental in making a memorable celebration of my auntie's life.

I had occasion to use Arnold Funeral services earlier this year. They made a very difficult situation as painless as possible, right from the beginning they showed great respect towards me and my recently deceased husband. Arnold’s Funeral Services at Marlow and most especially Daniel provided an excellent and professional service to my sisters and I when arranging our father’s funeral. He was very efficient and made it as easy as possible for us at this difficult time. We have used them more than once and I would thoroughly recommend them. We also used the adjacent florist who provided the most beautiful flower arrangements, including the loan of vases. Again we have used them more than once and they did not disappoint.
