I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at Arnold’s for the exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism they showed during such a difficult time for our family. Paul, along with every member of the team, was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. I had been dreading the day we would have to arrange and discuss Dad’s funeral, but they made everything so much easier than I ever imagined possible. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care helped make an incredibly painful time in both my mum’s and my life a little more bearable after losing Dad, and for that I will always be thankful. I truly cannot recommend Arnold’s highly enough. While I hope we won’t need their services again for a very long time, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing support and guidance during such a heartbreaking time.

Hayley was excellent in helping us to organise the funeral for our daughter Deborah Louise Nash. Her professionalism and compassion were of the highest quality. The celebrant she chose for us totally emphasised with the needs of us as parents and her siblings who had travelled from Australia. At the crematorium again she was quietly directing proceedings with the skill and professionalism we associated with her. During the preparation for the service she was always on hand to answer my many questions. I would also like to thank Paul and Tony for their help when we collected Deborah’s ashes. Arnold’s had been recommended to us, so just before Christmas we assigned them to help with the repatriation of a family member.They also helped arrangements with the coroners office, the cemetery for burial, flowers and their own services to ensure smooth process on the day of burial. From the moment of collecting my wife Sally, right through to the burying of her ashes, Arnolds could not of been more professional. The young man i dealt with Tony O'Rourke explained every step as it was about to happen and sorted out each detail as we wished it to take place.
